Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Door-to-Door Canvassing Supervisor to lead a field canvassing team. The role requires proven canvassing management experience and strong leadership to drive performance and results.

You'll hire, train, and coach canvassers, set daily/weekly goals, manage schedules and territories, and track KPIs to report results. A company vehicle and gas allowance are provided as part of compensation.

Compensation & Perks

• -$150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)
