Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is hiring a Door to Door Lead Generation Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required.

This role involves hiring, training, setting performance goals, and coaching in the field across designated territories. The position offers a base salary plus commission/override potential, along with a company vehicle and gas allowance to support field activities.
