Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is hiring a Canvassing Director to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. You’ll recruit, onboard, train, and coach canvassers, set performance goals, and manage territories with a focus on results.

The role requires proven canvassing management experience, strong leadership, and comfort working in the field, with a company vehicle and gas allowance provided.
