Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team in Fort Myers, FL. This role emphasizes hands-on field leadership and performance management with a strong focus on hiring, training, and KPI tracking.

The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, coaching in the field, and goal setting to drive regional growth. A base+commission compensation package is offered with company vehicle and gas allowance.
