Statewide Windows & Doors is hiring a Regional Field Marketing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required. This role offers a base salary plus commission and overrides, plus a company vehicle and gas allowance.

You will have autonomy to build and run your region like it’s your own business. The position emphasizes leadership, field coaching, and performance tracking across assigned territories, with clear daily/weekly goals and KPI
