Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, open new accounts, grow existing accounts and close sales.
• Hunter mentality with persistence and resilience in field sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed with ability to work independently in the field.
• Highly organized with ability to manage a large prospect pipeline.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: aggressively prospect for new accounts and open initial orders.
• Account Growth: maintain existing accounts while pursuing incremental sales opportunities.
• Field Execution: pre-plan visits, expand distribution, ensure products are available and well‑represented.
• Pipeline & Reporting: keep CRM records up to date and report progress to Regional Sales Manager.
