Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist in New Jersey to drive growth in our outside sales team. You will cover an assigned territory, meet local businesses, and showcase the full range of workplace products and services.

You will demo products, present pricing, and help new customers get set up with MasonvilleGO while collaborating with inside sales to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Converses, reads, and writes in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to discuss W.B. Mason products and services.
• Demonstrate products and offer custom pricing and solutions.
• Grow the assigned territory through proactive outreach and branch collaboration.
• Coordinate with inside sales to onboard new accounts smoothly.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay aligned with the team.
