W.B. Mason in Norwalk, CT is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales and grow our local business footprint.

This role centers on meeting local clients, presenting the full range of workplace solutions, and converting prospects into active accounts. You will work with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account transitions, while leveraging MasonvilleGO for onboarding and pricing.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• English reading/writing/listening proficiency; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Hit the road within the assigned territory to meet local businesses and introduce W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and onboard new customers via MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions and build a growing customer base.
