W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive growth in an assigned Vermont territory. You will engage local businesses, demonstrate our workplace solutions, and tailor pricing to win new accounts.

You will collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions and sustained account growth, supported by regular branch meetings to stay connected with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Travel within assigned territory to meet local businesses.

• Coordinate with inside sales to transition accounts.
