W.B. Mason seeks a full-time Market Development Specialist to grow the outside sales presence in the Rutland area, traveling the territory to engage local businesses with our complete range of workplace products and services.

You will demo products, present pricing, and coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams to convert prospects into accounts, while leveraging MasonvilleGO for onboarding and setup.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Hit the road in the assigned territory to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason’s products and services.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
