W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales in a Rutland, VT territory. You’ll meet with local businesses, present our workplace products and services, demonstrate MasonvilleGO, and collaborate with inside sales to win new accounts.

This role requires strong communication, customer service experience, independence, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or similar
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• English reading/writing/speaking proficient
• Able to lift/move up to 25 lbs

Responsabilidades

• Visit assigned territory to introduce clients to W.B. Mason offerings.
• Meet with potential customers, assess needs, and present solutions.
• Demo products, share web tools, and help set up new accounts via MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding to transition accounts and grow market.
