You will manage field data, collaborate with analytics, and support leadership with market validation and partnership development in dynamic communities.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education preferred.
• 1–3 years of field research or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Spend three days per week in the field conducting market visits and validations.
• Travel to evaluate new and existing locations and assess local demand.
• Document field observations and report findings for models.
• Identify referral potential and establish initial relationships with dentists and partners.
• Gather and analyze referral-source data within the patient management system.
• Research state insurance programs to inform market viability and payer mix.
• Monitor competitors and track market activity across multiple states.
• Maintain a multi-state competitor database with updates.
• Support leadership with field-driven insights and collaboration with Analytics.
