Orthodontic Experts is seeking a field-based relationship manager to grow referrals and support our network of dentists across the Chicagoland area and neighboring states. You will travel extensively, meet with dentists, and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities while representing the company’s core values.

Responsibilities include conducting meetings, nurturing relationships, monitoring market trends, and reporting on territory activity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Dental customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients.
• Creative and organized with community outreach experience.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with dentists to offer services.
• Nurture relationships with dentists via regular meetings.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to boost referrals.
• Create and manage a pipeline of leads.
• Report territory activity and referral base.
• Coordinate outreach via gifts and email campaigns.
• Share information through social media to dentists.
• Travel to multiple locations as required.
• Provide scheduling and timelines to manager.
• Produce competitive analysis.
