Orthodontic Experts is seeking a field-focused professional to engage with dentists across multiple states, driving referrals and building lasting partnerships from the Des Plaines, IL base. Qualifications

• High School or equivalent (GED) required.
• Dental customer service experience preferred.
• Client services experience preferred.
• Creative and organized.
• Strong interpersonal and speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel 95% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential dentists to offer service.
• Nurture relationships with current dentists through regular meetings in territory (Lunch and Learn).
• Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategy for referrals.
• Create and monitor a pipeline with existing and future leads.
• Report on the territory and new dentists and current referral base.
• Build relationships with dentists through gifts and email campaigns.
• Share digital information via social media to dentists.
• Support doctors in building relationships with referring and new dentists.
• Prepare recaps, agendas, and timelines for the direct manager.
• Produce research and competitive analyses.
