Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Ltd. seeks a Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator to build relationships with dental offices in your territory and support marketing outreach efforts. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in relationship marketing, sales, and community outreach with training and ongoing support.

The position is field-based with generous travel obligations and requires a valid driver’s license; company-provided benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Field-based role with travel; valid driver’s license needed.
• High School Diploma or GED required; healthcare exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit dental offices in your territory to introduce Orthodontic Experts and build relationships.
• Support and maintain relationships with referral partners through regular check-ins and visits.
• Assist with coordinating and attending Lunch & Learns and other outreach events.
• Help track and update referral activity and office interactions in our systems.
• Provide feedback on field experiences, opportunities, and trends.
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as holiday drops, email follow-ups, and office engagement.
• Support doctors and team members during community visits and events.
• Share relevant updates and materials with dental offices (digital and in-person).
• Maintain organized notes, schedules, and communication with your direct manager.
