Job summary

US Oral Surgery Management is seeking a Marketing Business Partner to develop and implement in-field marketing strategies that grow revenue, patient volumes, and online ratings for partner practices. You will travel to practices within a 50-mile radius, work with practice leaders and surgeons, manage annual marketing plans and budget, and coordinate events and campaigns to optimize referrals.

This role combines field execution with strong collaboration, data reporting, and brand consistency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of marketing, sales, or account management experience.
• Healthcare, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow practice revenue and volumes from existing referral sources and capture business from new referring offices.
• Promote effective marketing tactics through digital, traditional, B2B and B2C strategies within the practice’s budget.
• Travel daily to field locations for promotion, referral development, events, and campaigns while tracking ROI and refining tactics.
• Optimize the referral process by reviewing data and giving feedback to surgeons and leadership.
• Monitor referral data via the practice’s patient management system and report insights.
• Maintain the marketing budget and ensure spend stays within annual allocations.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend continued educational events and community activities.
• Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity across all materials and channels.
