Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Field Marketer to serve as the local face of our dental specialty practices. You will build relationships with general dentists, pediatricians, schools and businesses to increase awareness, strengthen referrals, and drive new-patient growth.

The ideal candidate thrives on in-person engagement, can start conversations without appointments, and converts introductions into long-term partnerships. You will enjoy travel and seeing direct outcomes from your efforts.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships and develop new opportunities.
• Comfortable making in-person visits and initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Independent territory management and prioritization of opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM, reporting, and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with general dentists and other referral sources.
• Identify high-potential practices and create outreach plans.
• Make regular in-person visits, calls and emails to referral partners.
• Introduce specialty providers and educate sources on services and patient experience.
• Develop new referrals while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Identify barriers or opportunities and coordinate with teams to resolve them.
• Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities to increase volume.
• Drive Local Business Development in assigned markets.
• Build a pipeline of prospective referral partners and move relationships forward.
• Coordinate events and education opportunities to build relationships.
• Represent the organization at dental, healthcare and community events.
