The role requires three days per week in the field and travel as needed to assess markets identified through analyses. You will validate data, observe community dynamics, document findings, and support leadership with field-driven insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field research, community outreach, business development, real estate, or related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work independently in the field.
• Ability to observe, document, and communicate findings clearly and objectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits three days per week to validate market data and assess community dynamics.
• Travel to evaluate new and existing locations and document observations.
• Build and assess referral networks with dentists, specialists, and community partners.
• Work with patient management and analytics teams to extract insights from referral data.
• Research state insurance programs to understand coverage, reimbursements, and eligibility.
• Monitor competitor activity and maintain a multi-state market database.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate field insights into strategic plans.
• Support outreach for partnerships or acquisitions with local context materials.
• Maintain updated lists of referral sources and key contacts.
