Job summary

Orthodontic Experts is seeking a Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator to build relationships with dental offices in the assigned territory. This entry-level, field-based role supports marketing and outreach by connecting with current and potential referral partners.

You will gain hands-on experience in relationship marketing, sales, and community outreach. Training and ongoing support will be provided. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred.
• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel in field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Visit dental offices in your assigned territory to introduce Orthodontic Experts and build relationships.
• Support and maintain relationships with existing referral partners through regular check-ins and visits.
• Assist with coordinating and attending Lunch & Learns and other outreach events.
• Help track and update referral activity and office interactions in our systems.
• Provide feedback on field observations, opportunities and trends.
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as holiday drops, email follow-ups, and office engagement.
• Support doctors and team members during community visits and events.
• Share updates and materials with dental offices (digital and in-person).
• Maintain organized notes, schedules, and communication with your direct manager.
