Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair property issues across the metro area. You will schedule daily tasks, gather supplies, and document work with before-and-after photos while delivering friendly, responsive service to residents.

This full-time role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, HS diploma, driving license, and working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior maintenance experience minimum of 1-year in maintenance with single-family or multi-family property management company
• Good communication and written skills
• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities

• Respond to and repair property issues identified by residents across the metro area
• Schedule daily tasks and communicate ETA to residents
• Complete work within SLA turn-around times and scope
• Document all completed work with before/after photos
• Perform rekeying and various basic repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Travel to properties and support junior staff as needed
