Main Street Renewal is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to handle field repairs across our metro-area properties in Birmingham. You will respond to resident-reported issues, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, and document work with photos for SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry with scope to grow.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry repair skills are required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in field maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and repair property issues identified by residents.
• Schedule tasks, communicate with residents, and track work orders.
• Perform repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related systems.
• Document completed work with before/after photos and manage supplies.
