Job summary

Main Street Renewal is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair property issues across our metro Atlanta properties. You will schedule daily tasks, gather required information, and ensure all repairs meet SLA turn-around times.

The role requires strong communication, basic trades knowledge, and a willingness to travel to assigned properties. Training is provided to grow in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior maintenance experience
• Good communication and written skills
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry work with growth potential
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry knowledge; HVAC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to and repair property issues identified by residents
• Review daily work orders and gather required information and supplies
• Schedule tasks and communicate with residents on arrival times
• Complete repairs within SLA turn-around times and scope
• Document all completed work with before/after photos
• Track supplies and tool usage for restocking and servicing
• Perform move-in audits and security work as needed
• Travel to properties within the metro area to perform maintenance
