Job summary

Main Street Renewal in Missouri is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair property issues across our metro-area homes. You will review daily work orders, gather supplies, schedule tasks, and communicate with residents on arrival times to ensure timely repairs.

You’ll perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and other trades, document work with photos, track supplies, and coordinate with the Maintenance Lead and Austin Support Center.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience, incl. 1 year in property management.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry knowledge; one or more certs preferred.
• Valid driver's license; must be 21+.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-service oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and repair property issues identified by residents.
• Review daily work orders and complete repairs within SLA.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and external repairs.
• Document work with before/after photos and track supplies.
• Assist with move-in readiness and post-maintenance checks.
