Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair property issues, coordinate with residents, and document work with photos across our metro area.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED, 2–3 years maintenance experience (1 year in multi-family or single-family property management preferred), HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge, and a valid driver's license. Travel to properties is required; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience; 1 year in single-family or multi-family property management preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; ability to perform various repairs.
• Valid driver's license required for company vehicle use.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and repair property issues identified by residents across the branch city market.
• Schedule daily tasks and communicate with residents on arrival times.
• Document all completed work with before/after photos; track supplies and tools.
• Complete work within SLA timelines and scope; coordinate with Maintenance Lead/Supervisor.
• Performs duties on-site at properties and may travel between locations.
