Job summary

Redwood Living is seeking a Neighborhood Service Specialist to provide hands‑on maintenance, operational support, and guidance to on‑site teams. You will uphold neighborhood standards through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and onboarding of new technicians.

The role supports mobile neighborhoods, fills in for vacancies, and collaborates with Regional Managers to ensure smooth operations and an excellent resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA/HVAC certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 3 years relevant work experience required.
• Trade certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill in at sites with Service Technician vacancies.
• Onboard and support new Service Technicians on policy and procedures.
• Perform site inspections under Regional Manager guidance.
• Obtain bids and supervise contractors for projects.
• Repair and maintain facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, glazing, painting and drywall tasks.
• Direct vendors on repair issues and grounds maintenance.
• Respond to resident complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
