Job summary

Maymont Homes in the United States seeks a Maintenance Field Manager to lead the in-house maintenance technician team across our single-family rental portfolio, ensuring timely, high-quality work orders and strong resident satisfaction while upholding company standards.

You will provide hands-on technical leadership, coach technicians, implement proactive maintenance strategies, and coordinate with dispatch to optimize field workflows and cross-market operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or operations leadership.
• Experience managing or supervising field maintenance teams required.
• Residential property management or single-family rental experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians to improve performance and service quality.
• Oversee daily field maintenance operations to ensure timely completion of work orders and service requests.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians in the field.
• Develop proactive maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce reactive work.
• Organize and manage high-volume technician workflows and coordinate with dispatch teams.
