Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Maintenance Field Manager to lead our in-house maintenance team across a multi-market single-family rental portfolio. You will drive field performance, ensure timely completion of work orders, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering exceptional resident experience.

You will mentor technicians, implement proactive maintenance strategies, and collaborate with dispatch and coordination teams to optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance, facilities management, or operations leadership.
• Experience supervising field maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field maintenance operations to ensure timely completion of work orders and service requests.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians in the field.
• Conduct field visits to assess performance, resolve complex issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Train technicians on company standards, safety procedures, and best practices for residential maintenance.
