Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance/operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing or supervising field maintenance teams.
• Residential property management or SFR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians in the field.
• Develop proactive maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce reactive work.
• Standardize documentation, training materials, and procedures across the field team.
• Support safety compliance with codes, regulations, and company standards.
