Job summary

Maymont Homes, part of Brookfield, is seeking a Maintenance Field Manager to lead an in-house maintenance technician team across our single-family rental portfolio. You will drive timely, high-quality work orders and ensure resident satisfaction while upholding company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in residential systems, and the ability to manage fast-paced field operations across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or operations leadership.
• Residential property management or single-family rental experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians in the field.
• Conduct field visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
• Train technicians on safety procedures and company standards.
• Develop proactive maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce reactive work.
• Organize high-volume technician workflows and coordinate with dispatch teams.
