Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Maintenance Field Manager to lead the in-house maintenance technician team across our single-family rental portfolio. You will drive high-quality work orders, mentor technicians, and uphold safety and company standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, residential maintenance expertise, and ability to manage high-volume field operations in multi-market settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in maintenance, facilities management, or operations leadership.
• Experience supervising field maintenance teams.
• Residential property management or SFR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field maintenance operations to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians in the field.
• Train technicians on company standards, safety procedures, and best practices for residential maintenance.
• Develop proactive maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce reactive work.
• Collaborate with dispatch teams to ensure operational alignment.
