Qualifications

• Qualified to work in the USA with direct experience in commercial line inspections.
• 3–5 years’ experience in commercial loss control inspections preferred.
• Ability to work independently and communicate well in writing and verbally.
• Comfortable completing reports online and uploading documents.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments and review inspection requirements.
• Schedule inspection with insured by phone, email, or text.
• Inspect property for hazards to utilities/building systems and life safety; take 20–35 photos.
• Interview insured for operations information and building ages.
• Submit inspection reports via Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch.
