Job summary

Applicants should have direct experience with commercial loss control inspections or training such as the VIITA Basic Commercial Line Inspector course.
Qualifications
- Direct experience with commercial line inspections in the USA or equivalent training.
- Experience reviewing inspection requirements and scheduling inspections with clients.
- Ability to take exterior/interior photos and measurements as part of reports.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review assignments electronically and determine inspection requirements.
- Schedule inspections with insured via phone, email, or text.
- Inspect properties for hazards related to utilities, building systems, and life safety; take photos and measurements.
- Interview insured for operations information and building ages.
- Document inspection status online and complete reports in Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch.
