Qualifications

• Applicants must be qualified to work in the USA.
• Direct experience completing commercial line inspections or have completed a training course such as VIITA Basic Commercial Line Inspector or equivalent.
• Ability to review and complete inspection reports online with digital photos.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments electronically and review inspection requirements.
• Schedule inspection appointments with insured by phone, email, or text.
• Inspect property for hazards to utilities, building systems, and life safety; take 20–35 photos.
• Interview insured for operations information and building system ages.
• Record inspection status in the online application and complete the report in Loss Control 360.
• Return completed reports electronically with photos and narratives.
