Responsibilities

• Receive assignments electronically and review inspection requirements.
• Schedule inspections with insured by phone, email or text.
• Inspect properties for utilities, building systems, and life safety issues; take photos and measurements.
• Interview insureds for operations info and system ages.
• Record inspection status in the online system and finalize reports with Rapid Sketch.
• Return completed reports electronically with photos and narratives.
