Job summary

H & S Loss Control Inspections is seeking qualified Field Inspectors for Insurance Loss Control in the United States. Immediate placement is available, with a competitive per-case pay range typically between $65 and $75 depending on the client, inspection type, and complexity.

As an Independent Contractor, you will review assignments, schedule inspections with the insured, inspect properties for hazards, capture photos, and submit reports online using Loss Control 360 and Rapid Sketch.

Qualifications

• Experience completing commercial insurance loss control inspections.
• Familiarity with commercial property, casualty, and workers' comp lines.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules.
• Comfort with online reporting and document uploads.

Responsibilities

• Review assignments and confirm inspection requirements.
• Schedule inspections with insured by phone, email, or text.
• Inspect properties for hazards and document with photos.
• Take exterior/interior photos and measure features.
• Complete and submit inspection reports via Loss Control 360 and Rapid Sketch.
