Qualifications

• Experience with commercial insurance loss control inspections (3–5 years preferred).
• Familiarity with commercial property and casualty lines.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Experience reporting online and uploading documents.
• Willingness to travel within ~50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Receives assignments electronically and reviews inspection requirements.
• Schedules the inspection appointment with the insured by phone, email, or text.
• Inspects the property for hazards related to utilities/building systems; takes 20-35 photos.
• Interviews the insured for operations information and building system ages.
• Completes the inspection report on Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch.
• Returns the completed report electronically.
