The ideal candidate translates strategy into practical field execution, leads projects, coaches field leaders, and delivers measurable results aligned with franchise and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of multi‑unit leadership experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations; QSR experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, standards, compliance, and field execution.
• Proven ability to influence and drive results in cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of operational excellence initiatives across the corporate restaurant network.
• Lead operational pilots and tests; evaluate results and support enterprise‑wide implementation.
• Conduct operational assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities to improve execution and guest experience.
• Partner with District Managers to execute key operational priorities across corporate restaurants.
• Provide in‑field coaching to reinforce standards, systems, and processes.
• Lead cross‑functional projects tied to safety, new openings, compliance, and process improvement.
