Wingstop is seeking a General Manager for the Greater Dallas area. The role focuses on overseeing and coordinating with the store manager to achieve sales, cost control, employee retention, guest satisfaction, and food quality objectives.

The ideal candidate will lead with strong people management skills, hire and develop a diverse team, and ensure Wingstop culture and high standards are lived daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Maintain operations and drive sales, cost control and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and develop team members aligned with Wingstop mission.
• Convey Wingstop culture and be a collaborative team player.
• Create staff schedules to balance sales volumes with costs.
• Audit operations, manage budget and cost trends, and enforce safety standards.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure a high performing restaurant.
