Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple restaurants, partnering with General Managers to drive sales, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will train and coach staff to uphold brand standards, food safety, and service excellence.

You will monitor compliance with local regulations and OSHA guidelines, recruit and develop managers, and work with the Director of Operations to achieve short- and long-term profitability in a fast-paced restaurant

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple restaurants or locations.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and food safety.
• Ability to analyze sales and labor costs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partners with General Managers and staff to run an excellent operation, showing leadership and helping crew members meet quality service standards.
• Provide counsel and assistance to ensure managers establish business plans to keep restaurants profitable.
• Ensure the company is profitable by following guidelines for sales growth, food prices and wages.
• Train staff and managers in restaurant operations and personal development.
• Coach store managers on discipline and employee development in individual and group sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards.
• Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit restaurant staff.
• Ensure restaurants maintain COGS variance under 2% and payroll within 2% of plan.
• Familiar with Aloha and NBO systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
