Job summary

New York Life Partner is seeking experienced leaders to recruit, train and develop financial professionals across field offices to grow revenues and productivity on a year-by-year basis.

You will actively select and recruit new and experienced professionals, train them on our selling process and product portfolio, and monitor performance to boost productivity and retention.

Must hold Series 7 and 24 or be able to obtain within six months, plus a relevant college degree.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a 2nd Line Manager or Personal Producer.
• Experience recruiting sales professionals via warm/cold sources and events.
• Experience with sales training and employee development.
• Fully licensed Series 7 and 24 or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Relevant college degree.

Responsibilities
