Abbott is seeking a Manager, Screening Solutions Specialists to lead a sales team in a designated geography. This field-based role involves spending up to 75% of time in the field, coaching direct reports, driving district performance, and aligning with Quality and Regulatory guidelines.

You will recruit, train, and coach the team, promote Cancer Diagnostics products to physicians and IDNs, build key relationships, forecast sales, and ensure effective use of sales processes and marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or field as outlined in the essential duties.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role in a medical, healthcare, or technical field.
• 1+ year of leadership experience such as training roles or mentor roles.

Responsabilités

• Travel with direct reports to observe training and coaching.
• Manage area sales targets and report progress to management.
• Maintain communication and collaboration within and outside the team.
