Mobility may be required across Bechtel Global Business Units. The role demands extensive construction leadership experience in heavy industry, strong communication, and ability to work in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Construction experience on LNG projects; ability to lead teams and supervise field construction.
• Experience in heavy industrial direct hire construction across oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing, or power generating stations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and provide field engineering leadership for work planning, material management and quality control.
• Coordinate design constructability issues and oversee turnover activities.
• Review plans with subcontractors, manage quantities and ensure safety and quality requirements are met.
