Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking a seasoned Construction Engineering Leader for LNG plant projects on the US Gulf Coast. You will manage field engineering teams, ensure safety, quality, and timely turnover of systems, and coordinate across design, procurement, and construction units.

The role requires extensive experience in multi‑discipline construction engineering, strong cost and scheduling skills, and the ability to mobilize across locations as needed.

Competenze

• Requires bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline.
• 13–19 years of relevant experience, or 17–19 years for advanced levels.
• Experience supervising and administering subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project controls, ES&H, and Bechtel core processes.

Mansioni

• Lead construction engineering activities and supervise multi‑discipline teams.
• Coordinate with design and field engineering for turnover and subcontracts.
• Interpret drawings and specifications; ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Direct procurement interfaces, cost reporting, and schedule forecasting.
• Manage subcontract activities to ensure materials and work meet plans.
