Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Lead Emergency Services Technician to oversee field crews in water mitigation, mold remediation, and emergency response projects. This hands-on leadership role combines technical execution with coaching for technicians on safety, quality, and customer service.

The position emphasizes on-site leadership, training, and the ability to work overtime during emergencies, with opportunities for career advancement within the restoration industry.

Qualifications

• Direct restoration experience preferred or required.
• Strong understanding of water mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation processes.
• Leadership and crew supervision experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restoration teams on site, ensuring safety and quality.
• Respond to emergency losses involving water, mold, fire, storm and other property damage.
• Perform water mitigation and oversee structural drying per IICRC standards.
• Train technicians in restoration procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, scheduling, and equipment tracking.
• Travel statewide as needed and participate in on-call rotations.
