Job summary

Cosm seeks a Construction Foreman to manage field installations of projection domes and LED CX-Display projects, coordinating domestic and international sites. You will own safety, schedule, and budget, guiding crews to deliver on time and to quality standards.

You will lead planning, delegation, and daily visual management, mentoring Cosm crew and local labor, driving continuous improvement and clear communication with customers and the home office. Travel is extensive (80–100%).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising construction or specialty installation crews.
• High school diploma or GED; degree or certification preferred.
• Strong scheduling and budget tracking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication across project teams.
• Willingness to travel 80-100% and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Manage full installation scope from mobilization to acceptance.
• Coordinate with GC, subs, and trades.
• Develop daily work plans and track progress.
• Review project status with home office on cadence.
• Mentor Cosm crew and local labor.
