Job summary

Cosm is a global technology company driving immersive experiences. We seek a Construction Foreman to lead field-based installation projects of projection domes and LED CX-Display systems at customer sites worldwide. You will manage safety, schedule, and budget while mentoring the team.

This hands-on role requires coordinating with GC and trades, maintaining progress, and reporting status to the home office. 80–100% travel is expected; experience in theatrical/tech installations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising construction or specialty installation crews.
• High school diploma or GED; degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Proven scheduling, budget tracking and GC/trade coordination abilities.
• Effective people management with delegation, coaching, accountability.
• Clear written and verbal communication across project teams.
• Ability to read construction drawings and installation docs.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is performed safely per policy and regulatory standards.
• Lead full installation scope from mobilization to final acceptance.
• Develop daily work plans and use visual management to track progress.
• Coordinate access, sequencing, and logistics with the GC and trades.
• Report schedule, budget, quality, and risks to the home office.
• Conduct formal project closeout reviews and document compliance.
• Supervise Cosm crew and locally hired labor; coach and evaluate performance.
• Procure materials, manage on-site logistics, and control expenditures.
• Arrange travel for installation teams, including flights and lodging.
