Job summary

Cosm, a global technology company, seeks a Construction Foreman to lead field installations of projection domes and LED CX-Display projects at customer sites worldwide. You will manage safety, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with GC, subcontractors, and third‑party trades.

This role requires 5+ years of supervisory construction experience, strong communication, and the ability to read drawings. Expect 80–100% travel and exposure to lean construction practices or CM software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising construction or specialty installation crews.
• Clear written and verbal communication across all project levels.
• Ability to read construction drawings and installation documentation.
• Hands-on with power and hand tools; comfortable at heights.
• 80–100% travel; willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Lean practices or CM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and policy adherence on all sites.
• Lead project and field management from mobilization to acceptance.
• Develop daily work plans and track progress against schedule.
• Coordinate site access, sequencing, and logistics with GC and trades.
• Report status on schedule, budget, quality; escalate risks.
• Perform formal project close and complete required documentation.
• Supervise Cosm crew and local labor; coach and develop staff.
• Manage materials procurement and on-site logistics.
• Arrange travel, flights, lodging, and ground transport.
