Job summary

Cosm is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead field installation teams on projection domes and LED CX-Display projects worldwide. You will manage safety, schedule, and budget while coordinating with general contractors and trades at customer sites.

You will drive daily planning, delegate work, coach crews, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on continuous improvement and high quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising construction or specialty installation crews.
• High school diploma or GED required; Construction Management degree/certification preferred.
• Proven construction and project management skills: scheduling, budget tracking, GC and trade coordination.
• Clear written and verbal communication across all levels of the project team.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full scope of installation from mobilization to final acceptance with GC and trades.
• Develop and maintain daily work plans; use visual management to track progress against schedule.
• Coordinate site access, sequencing, and logistics per construction schedule.
• Report project status to home office on schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
• Inspect installation work daily against quality standards; address non-conformances and drive corrective action.
