Job summary

Cosm is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead field-based installation management of projection domes and LED CX-Display projects at customer sites worldwide, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with general contractors and trades, develop daily work plans, track schedule and budget, and mentor crew. Expect 80–100% travel and work across domestic and international sites; base salary in Philadelphia ranges from $80,000 to $110,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising construction or specialty installation crews.
• High school diploma or GED; degree/certification in construction management preferred.
• Strong scheduling and budget tracking skills; GC and trade coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across project teams.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to read construction drawings and installation docs.
• OSHA 10 with plan to obtain OSHA 30 within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license and U.S. passport or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in theatrical/entertainment or tech installations preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean construction practices or construction management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with policy, OSHA standards, and regulations.
• Conduct or coordinate daily safety briefings; enforce PPE use.
• Stop work when unsafe conditions identified and address before resuming.
• Project & Field Management: manage full installation scope from mobilization to final acceptance.
• Develop and maintain a daily work plan; use visual management to track schedule and progress.
• Coordinate site access, sequencing, and logistics with the GC.
• Report project status to home office on cadence (schedule, budget, quality).
• Conduct formal acceptance review with customer at project close.
• Quality Oversight: inspect daily against standards and specifications.
• Document non-conformances and drive corrective action.
• Direct and mentor Cosm crew and local labor; assign tasks and coach performance.
• Prepare and approve timesheets; evaluate crew performance.
• Manage procurement of materials and consumables; track budget expenditures.
• Direct loading, unloading, and staging of materials; coordinate with home office on delivery schedules.
• Arrange travel for installation team (flights, lodging, transportation).
