Job summary

Cosm is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead field-based installation teams for projection domes and LED CX-Display projects, domestically and internationally. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule, coordinating with general contractors and trades to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years supervising construction or specialty installation crews.
• Construction management knowledge and leadership experience preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and GC/trade coordination skills.
• Effective people management with delegation, coaching, and accountability.
• Clear written and verbal communication across project teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with policy, OSHA standards, and regulations.
• Lead and coordinate daily safety briefings and PPE usage.
• Oversee full installation scope from mobilization to final acceptance with stakeholders.
• Develop daily work plans and use visual management to track progress against schedule.
• Coordinate site access, sequencing, and logistics with GC and trades.
• Report project status, including schedule, budget, quality, and risks to home office.
• Supervise Cosm crew and locally hired labor; manage timesheets and performance.
